The guides, state-rules pages and platform pages here explain how India's labour codes, shadow payroll and International Worker rules generally work. That is informational content — not legal advice, not tax advice, and not a substitute for advice on your specific facts. Outcomes depend on details a web page cannot see: your entity structure, an assignee's contract terms, home-country treaty position. Bring the specific case to us before you act on a guide.

Review dates

Every guide states the date it was first published and the date it was last reviewed against current law. Check the reviewed date before you rely on anything here. The labour codes are still settling into practice, and a guide can become outdated between reviews. If something looks out of date, tell us before you rely on it.

Engagements live in the agreement, not the page

Browsing this site, using the contact form, or attending a working session does not create a client relationship. It does not commit either side to scope, fees, deliverables or timelines. Those terms exist only in a signed agreement between your firm and MobilitySQR or the relevant group entity.
